| Belgian Candy Syrup Dark |
TEMP OUT OF STOCK Belgian Candy Syrup Dark: This stuff is beautiful !!! It has a great smell, great taste, and really a great flavor profile. Made in belgium from White Beet Sugar- just like the rock candy we are all used to. In fact this syrup is a by-product of the rock making process. The bneet sugar is heated then rapidly cooled, and it is at this point that the rocks are formed. What remains is the syrup. The flavor this stuff imparts is huge. Definatly the missing link in homebrewed Belgian-style ales.

| Belgian Soft Candi Sugar |
Belgian Soft Candi Sugar: Yet another by-product of our friend the rock candy is "Soft Sugar". After the rocks are removed, the syrup is put thrught a centrifuge where little crystals of sugar are removed. These crystals contain the most flavor out of all three products (rocks, syrup, and sugar). This is the real stuff, in fact the Trapists at Rochefort use this same brand of soft sugar in their beers. Give this stuff a try as well.. your'll never go back to the rocks again.
