| Saison; Extract with Specialty Grains, kit will come complete with instructions, cracked grains, grain bag, liquid yeast (highly recomend to get the ice pack and 3 day shipping to protect the yeast). Will come with wyeast French Saison while in season. With will produce a highly aromatic beer with clean, citrusester with peppery and spicy notes. A beer that is traditionaly brewed in the colder months in farmhouse breweries and aged for long periods for summer consumption. Great beer to start in november thru February for enjoyment in the heat of summer.
