Also known as DAP. Used as a yeast nutrient for a source of nitrogen. Use 1/2 tsp per gallon to encourage strong fermentation. Usage instructions - add DAP only after fermentation has begun (1-2 days after pitching yeast) since DAP can be harmful to the yeast during the rehydration process.
